Refund policy

1. Refund time

When you receive the item please inspect it and notify us of any defects, missing or misdelivered products. You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of delivery. If the deadline is exceeded, unfortunately, we will not refund or exchange the product.

2. Refund method

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm their compliance with the return conditions, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

You will receive a notification when your money is refunded.

Please note the following points:

If the return is due to a change in personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

If the return arises due to our oversight (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

3. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before you receive your refund. Official posting.

Next, contact your bank as sometimes it takes some processing time before the refund is sent.
